At HolaBayahibe our base rates are fixed from the major local airports to our corner of paradise. We proudly help tourists travel from PUJ and SDQ to La Romana, Bayahibe, and Dominicus. Add your pickup and drop-off information to our booking form for an accurate estimate. All prices are quoted in USD and payment is processed securely through PayPal. We offer competitive rates with no hidden fees.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak travel seasons. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Changes requested within 6 hours of service may be treated as cancellations. No-shows (failure to appear within the waiting period without communication) are also non-refundable.
To update or cancel your booking, email us at bookings@holabayahibe.com with your booking confirmation number and the changes you need. We'll confirm your request within a few hours. Changes requested more than 24 hours before pickup are generally accommodated without additional fees. Changes within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may incur extra charges. Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of service.
HolaBayahibe does NOT provide child seats. Clients traveling with infants or children requiring safety restraints must bring and install their own approved child seat. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for selecting and properly installing appropriate child restraints. Please note that drivers may refuse service if safe seating arrangements are not provided.
Absolutely. All our drivers are professionally licensed, background-checked, and fully insured. We prioritize your safety and comfort.
We make reasonable efforts to monitor flight schedules. If your flight is delayed, we'll adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. For airport arrivals, our drivers wait up to 90 minutes after actual landing time. If the driver is not immediately visible, please contact the number provided in your confirmation message.
We recommend arriving at least 2 hours before your scheduled boarding time. This allows ample time for check-in, security screening, and any unexpected delays. Our booking form automatically calculates ride length and suggests a pickup time so you get there on time.
